Initial Teams call to assess needs, then design and deliver a board to your specification. On-site workshop to train the processes and behaviours to successfully implement visual management routines.
This service is to have an in-depth Teams call with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to understand your requirements and discuss implementation. The custom board will then be designed and delivered. The Black Belt will then attend site to deliver a workshop on visual management and support implementing the routines to ensure the new process is a success.
